Hosted by Robin Quinn, our Westside Satellite serves writers from the Palisades south to LAX, and those in Culver City, Inglewood, Ladera Heights, Westwood — even Beverly Hills. All interested writers are welcome — IWOSC members or not, published or not, Westside resident or not.

The IWOSC Westside Satellite is very excited to feature a chat between host Robin Quinn and veteran literary agent Ken Sherman as our first program of 2021. This informal program will be an opportunity to receive an update on what’s happening with representation for book authors, to get to know this particular agent, and to hear his thoughts on craft and building a lasting career as an author.

Questions from participants gathered through chat will also be included.

About Literary Agent Ken Sherman

Ken Sherman is President of Ken Sherman & Associates, a Los Angeles based literary agency established in 1989.

His literary agency handles film, TV and book writers and often sells film and TV rights to books.

The agency is open to most adult fiction genres including literary, romance, women’s fiction, fantasy/SF, suspense/thriller/mystery, and horror, as well as nonfiction.

He makes contact with most of his new writers through referrals.
